HOW WE CAN HELP

Our Services

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

We turn houses into homes for the individuals that we serve. We offer a variety of options for finding your home. Whether you want to live in a larger setting with friends and roommates or if you’d like to have a smaller setting, we offer it all. We currently serve 9 Group Homes in Medina County. Residential Services are offered through ICF and HPC settings.

Resource Center

The Resource Center is a free program to all members of the community.  It offers adaptive equipment such as walkers, rollators, wheelchairs and shower chairs for loan just like a library.  Items are checked out for a period of time and can be renewed if needed for longer.  All items are sanitized before and after use.  This is a great resource if adaptive equipment is needed for a short time such as post-surgery or while waiting for insurance approval for equipment needed for long term use.
